1. POPCORN

Preparation:

  1. Take a microwave pan.
  2. Add some corns with little amount or a teaspoon of butter/ olive oil/ coconut oil in the microwave pan.
  3. Now cover the pan with the lid.
  4. Keep the pan in microwave at a temperature of 445 to 460 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Wait for 2-3 mins until to get the last pop sound in the microwave.

2. Dark Chocolate Brownies

Brownies that consists of dark chocolate are actually good for our health because they are rich in antioxidants.
To make Brownie more healthier, you can add some whole wheat and nuts which are actually rich in fiber as well.

Preparation:
  • Take below mentioned ingredients:
    1. 1 2/3 cups of Dark Chocolate.
    2. 1 cup powdered sugar
    3. 1/3 cup pure butter
    4. 2-3 tablespoon water
    5. 2-3 eggs
    6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
    7. 3/4 cups all purpose floor
    8. 1/4 teaspoon salt
    9. 1/2 cups of nuts (finally chopped or grind)
  • Now mix all the above ingredients very well. It may take up to 30mins. 
  • Place the mixture in the baking pan and place it in the microwave.
  • Make Oven temperature 325 degree Fahrenheit and wait for 35-40 mins until its center pops out.

3.  Dark Chocolate Bars

Dark Chocolate bars are highly rich in antioxidants. It's 100gm daily consumption can lower the blood pressure and decrease the risks of heart disease.
