Obesity is a condition when a person has excess unhealthy body fat which is not evenly distributed though out the whole body. A person can easily know whether they have excess body fat or not just by looking themselves into the mirror.

Excess body fat puts lots of weight on muscles and bones which is very dangerous for long term. Also, it can affect the growth of hormones and metabolism level also gets badly affected.

Now, a person can probably develop gallstones and it happens when bile build up and hardens in gallbladder. Gallstones can be painful and often require surgery.

Consuming a rich fiber and healthy/ good fats can prevent gallstone. Try to avoid all the processed foods and carbs.

Liver Disease

Liver Disease occurs mostly when the layer of fat is developed on the liver and its also known as Fatty Liver. The excess fat is responsible to damage the liver in no time.

Fatty liver can result in liver failure and which can be taken care from ding exercise and having healthy diet.

High Blood pressure

High blood pressure occurs when there are extra fat tissues in the body due to which our body needs more oxygen and nutrients. In this case the circulation of blood is always increasing and due to which high blood pressure occurs.

The increase amount of blood circulation puts an extra effort of the blood arteries due to which it can damage your heart and arteries.

Type 2 Diabetes

Type 2 diabetes takes place when your sugar level is higher than normal. It can lead to heart attack, kidney disease, vision related issues, nerve damage and much more.

  3. Multiply the result of step 2 by 703.


Obesity can impact your both mental and physical state. You will even don't get to know that when are you gaining too much weight or when are you getting any of the dieseases. Intake to too much calories without proper utilization of can lead to many dieseases.
